FEATURED POST

NON-FICTION BOOK OF THE MONTH

Picture of the book 12 week year - Non fiction book of the month

I'm 26 pages into this book, and out of the four books I've read through February, this book wins. It's a little late for Feb, but this book is fantastic. It will give you a perspective on how valuable your time is and how to make it even more useful. For all my science nerds out there, trust me. I did this trick using this book where I divided my year into four: 2024.025, 2024.050, 2024.075, and 2024.100. It makes me feel like I'm in Star Trek with the dates, but by converting 3 months into a year and a month into a week, the book will give you ideas on how to get more work done and frame this idea of an emotional connection with your work. This is all from 26 pages in. Read it

FICTION BOOK OF THE MONTH

Picture of the book Judas 62 - Fiction book of the month

This book is thrilling. It's a bit confusing at first with the introduction of a bunch of characters but as you go through it, you'll find yourself in the midst of one of the best spy books I've read in a while. It keeps you on the edge of your seat for almost all of it and once you start, you don't really stop. I read 200 pages of this book in one day and didn't even notice the time fly. It's about the character Lachlan Kite and how a past mission is now haunting him and his life. As cliche, as I think I'm making it sound, it's a book like you've never read before.

My name is Rishi. Technically, it's Rishikesh Venkat, but I go by Rishi. I'm a neuroscience enthusiast, photographer, obstacle course runner, and, more than anything, a health freak. Being a pre-med student and seeing others around me, I often find that, as students, we model our lives around our majors and academics. This community is to help you realize that life is more than just your job, major, and academics. It's an opportunity to do anything and everything...
